By entering our AUTMNL ADVNTR photography challenge, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Eligibility. This promotion is open to all entrants globally.
Sponsor. The Sponsor is the individual or entity offering the give away prize. In this case, the sponsors are Skin Grows Back, Restrap and Attacus.
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. ADVNTR.cc will award the prize to individuals who enter by tagging their photographs on Instagram, which will be selected by the ADVNTR.cc judging panel.
Prizes include 3x Skin Grows Back camera straps, 2 x Attacus Adventure Shirts and 1 x Restrap Canister Bag. Entries will be accepted from 1st-31st October. Judging will commence at the beginning of November and prize winners will be announced no later than the 15th November.
The winners will be selected by the judging panel from among all eligible entries received. If you are a winner, an notification will be sent to you through Instagram direct messages.
Each prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.
Additional Terms. The sponsors, together with ADVNTR.cc, reserves the right to modify or cancel a giveaway at any time. The sponsors and ADVNTR.cc and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
You agree that ADVNTR.cc’s decisions related to each giveaway and all distribution of prizes are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in this giveaway, ADVNTR.cc and the sponsors may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law, and they may be required to disclose the winner’s address to regulatory authorities.
